I am here to help those who are curious and ready to take a look at self defeating habits and beliefs and to replace those with more life affirming and empowering beliefs.

Self Love is the number one step in acceptance, forgiveness, trusting others and yourself. It is the key in transformation, from changing anger, pain, suffering into peace, allowing , and acceptance. Self Love is not just about positive affirmation and happy thoughts, it is about looking deeply into our patterns and stories we have created about ourselves and seeing how they effect us in both positive and negative ways. Self Love is about understanding ourselves at a deeper, fuller, and more balanced way. It is about acknowledging the dark , the ugly, the sad, the scary , the not so lovable parts of ourselves and shining light, awareness and love onto these places. We can all use a little more love in our lives and it starts with us first.

No one can love us into our own wellness, our own brightest , best version of ourselves, only we can. Self Love is a practice, a lifestyle, a wellness plan. It takes being open, honest , and willing to explore and delve into ourselves. We are our greatest love in our lifetime. We are the love story we are looking for. I am a passionate explorer of the Self. I’ve spent the last 12 years researching and exploring the life-changing understanding of what it means to truly love myself. It has been an outstanding journey and I’m here to share that journey and the lessons I’ve learned along the way.

One of the ways I’ve put these teachings to use is by leading a women’s Self Love and self-awareness group. I’ve been facilitating this group for 2 years and it has changed my life and countless women’s lives as we have grown, shared, supported, and loved each other to new depths of awareness and self-compassion.
